- We will never ask you for your:
- card reader codes
- one-time codes

- banking pass number
- We’ll never ask you to log in to your Banking app by using a link in an email or text message.
If you have opted in to receive marketing, we may send you links and invitations to courses and events that you can book online.
Keep your device safe
To keep your device and online banking secure:
- Keep an eye on your device and don’t leave it where others can use it.
- Use a unique password lock on your device.
- Be careful with shared devices. Fingerprints or faces registered on a device can be used to open the app.
- Never store login details on your device.
- Take care when using unsecured WiFi networks, like in coffee shops and on trains. People using the same network might find a way to access your data.
