Claudia Richli
Claudia studied jazz dance, contemporary dance and ballet in Paris at the Conservatoire, qualified with Gold Medal as a professional dancer in 2005 and danced for a French contemporary dance company.
She became a mother in 2017 and experienced how motherhood affects creativity. She got accredited as a Barre&Baby™ teacher in 2018.
She believes that movement is our first language and can create a deep body-mind connection as well as enhance the mother-child attachment. So she designed a space for women to explore their transition to motherhood and bond with their little ones through the power of dance and movement.
Claudia studies Body Movement Analysis and Labanotation at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and applies this knowledge into her practice as a way to develop the non-verbal communication between a mother and her baby.
She is part of a contemporary dance company where she is developing a show with the aim to raise taboos about the emotions felt during motherhood.
