Office space available at The Conservatoire!

The Blackheath Conservatoire has been offering high quality art, music and drama education for nearly 140 years. Our beautiful buildings comprise a music building, creativity garden and cafe, and the oldest surviving purpose built drawing studio In the country. We also have a recently converted loft which until recently has been used by a small architectural practice. The practice is now moving on, so we are delighted to be able to offer this space for rent.

As a creative organisation, we are keen to encourage a like-minded business to take on the lease. It would be ideal for a small architect, designer or similar practice, and we would encourage strong links between the tenants and our wider work for a space that can accommodate five people.

The space is in the heart of Blackheath Village, one minute's walk from Blackheath rail station and multiple bus routes, and will be available from late October.
