Play in a Day! The Jungle Book (7-11 yrs)

Come and join Jo for a full day of drama, exploration and creation, culminating in a short performance based on The Jungle Book. Jo is a professional actor/musician and has spent her career portraying many magical animals...owls, chickens, monkeys, fish, pigs, wolves... to name but a few! In this workshop we will explore how to transform our bodies into creatures of the jungle, play with our voices to aid our narrative, create scenes to perform and design some basic props to use for performance. All are welcome at the end of the day to watch our wonderful creation! Please note that this course takes place offsite at Quaker Halls, Blackheath.

Dance Day: Welcome to the Jungle (7-12 yrs)

Do you love to dance? Then this workshop is for you! We will explore physical theatre techniques and many forms of dance to create our very own short performance. You will learn skills to help you choreograph your own brilliant dances, learn techniques from different styles and create an individual dance to show your family and friends. Join us for a day of dance! Please note that this course takes place offsite at Quaker Halls, Blackheath.
