Spanish flute player Pedro Lopez started playing flute at the age of eight. After graduating at Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Aragon and Trinity Laban Conservatorie of Music and Dance in London, he graduated at the Royal College of Music, where he was awarded with the  Artist Diploma

Pedro has played and collaborated with orchestras like the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Academy of St Martin in the Fields and BBC Concert Orchestra and Southbank Sinfonia, and he is currently on trial for the principal flute position at the Royal Northern Sinfonia.

His chamber music group 'Trio Vasnier' (flute, viola and harp) has been awarded with the 1st Prize and the Critics Prize at the 'El Primer Palau' Chamber music Competition. He also plays regularly with other different formations

Recent highlights are performances at Het Concertebouw,  Royal Opera House Crush Room, St-Martin-in-the-Fields, St John's Smith Square, Barbican, Queen Elisabeth Hall, and Oxford University among others.
