Desert Island Baby: Workshops

Date / Time:

20 May 18 10.00 - 11.00

Venue:

The Conservatoire

Performing Group:

An interactive performance/workshop for very young audiences and their grown-ups

Desert Island Baby is being developed by Conservatoire Tutor, Laurence Alliston-Greiner.

These workshops offer a chance to be involved with the creative process and to help us explore different ideas for the show.

We have two workshops designed for 2 different age groups: 0-18 months & 18months - 3yrs FREE OF CHARGE

Come and join us for a soft, sensory session framed around a simple story:

Somewhere, out at sea, a man stranded on an island-

Waves crashing

Golden sand

Animals calling

Games to play

All alone - or so he thinks...

One morning he hears a strange noise-

A baby washed up on the shore!

How did it get there? What else has washed up with it?

The workshops will be a soft, playful exploration of materials, light and sound.
